About Sparrow’s Promise
Sparrow’s Promise is a faith-based Private License Placement Agency that supports families by walking alongside them at every stage of the foster care journey. We believe no family should feel alone and that strong support leads to stable, healthy homes for children.
From our beginnings in 1974, our goal has been to support foster families, provide comfortable spaces for families to reconnect, and offer a place of rest for children entering care.
In Matthew 10, God speaks to the value and promise He gives to the sparrow and how much greater our value is in Him. In 10:31, He says, “Fear not, therefore; you are of more value than many sparrows.” This is the structure behind the work at Sparrow’s Promise. We are dedicated to sharing the Lord knows each of our circumstances, He cares about every detail and He promises to provide. In these promises, we find hope.

Sparrow’s Promise takes a “Knot Approach” to our services of hope. We work together to care, advocate, and restore children and families.

Our Services
Our agency strives to meet the ever-present demand for hope in the lives of children and families by opening and supporting foster homes in White County and the surrounding areas.
“The family that child was born into was the family who God created for them and I really believe that if at all possible, that child should return to their family.”
